Sigma (St Louis, MO, USA) provided the DHEA, dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) and LPS (Escherichia coli 055:B5). The Opti-MEM medium and fetal bovine serum (FBS) were obtained from Gibco (Erie, NY, USA). The dulbecco's modified Eagle's medium (DMEM) and trypsin-EDTA were all obtained from Biological Industries (Kibbutz Beit-Haemek, Israel). Corning (NY, USA) provided the cell culture dishes.
TRIZOL Reagent Kits, SYBR Green Master Mix and reverse transcriptase kit were all purchased from Vazyme Biotech Co., Ltd. (Nanjing, China). Jiancheng Bioengineering Institute of Nanjing (Nanjing, China) provided the Nitric Oxide (NO), malondialdehyde (MDA) and total superoxide dismutase (SOD) detection kits. Shanghai hengyuan biological technology Co., Ltd. (Shanghai, China) provided the TNF-α, IL-1β and Estradiol (E2) ELISA kits. Beyotime Biotechnology Institute (Shanghai, China) provided the glutathione peroxidase, nitric Oxide (NO), protein contents assay kits and N-Acetyl-L-cysteine (NAC). MCE (St. Louis, MO, USA) provided the inhibitors including G1, G15, SB203580, U0126, BAY11-7082, GKT137831, TAK-242, 3-MA, Fulvestrant, Flutamide, ML385 and RTA-408.
